Limited warranty for temporary shelters and its components:
Abris Crystal is committed to offering you quality products. We offer a 3-year limited warranty on canvas and 10 years on structure. This warranty covers all defects of the manufacturer. To claim this warranty, the applicant must provide proof of purchase and a photograph of the damaged section. Crystal Shelters is not responsible for the cost of removal, transportation and installation.
Exceptions:
2 years for Industrial and Commercial model canvas
1 year for windows
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only if the following criteria are met:
- The shelter was installed and maintained as per the instructions provided by Abris Crystal.
- The shelter was not damaged due to negligence, improper maintenance or improper installation.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Damage caused by improper installation.
- Damage due to poor maintenance or neglect.
- Damage caused by improper storage.
- Damage caused by weather conditions.
- Damage caused by overexposure to the sun.
- Damage caused by animals, vegetation, fire, vandalism.
- Damage and discoloration resulting from a normal life expectancy of the shelter and its components.
Any defective or missing parts or components must be returned to Crystal Shelter prior to use or installation within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service department at 450-914-1444 to confirm the return.
